Hey Taylor..

Can you give us some tips on what kind of good workouts you can do at home with like 5,10lb or 20lb free weights that give good toned results?

i dont know anything other than bicep curls.. and like the rest of it i just make up as i go along.. pushing them above my head.. don't know if i'm doing it right (i must not be if i pulled a muscle) and instead of looking it up on the net and getting 5464 opinions, i'll see if you know anything first..

Sweet man. Yeah I can do this. I will make a video in a day or so. I need to sit down and write my workouts. The thing is it's hard. I mix it up so much it gets tough to remember. I have a log though so that shall help.
